The graduate program in Management focuses on practical skills and combines several modules designed to prepare students for contemporary business challenges. Our students graduate with a portfolio of projects developed in teams, under the guidance of both business and academic mentors. These projects go beyond theoretical exercises, addressing real-world challenges presented by partner organizations collaborating with SWPS University. Project teams receive evaluations and feedback on the quality of their proposed solutions, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.

The program is structured around six core pillars that reflect modern management principles:
