Course Description

Course Profile

The undergraduate program in Management and Leadership focuses on practical skills, preparing students for careers in business management, project coordination, and leadership roles. The curriculum is structured around three core pillars: practical management skills, problem diagnosis and creative thinking, and expertise in organizational psychology.

Students graduate with a portfolio of group projects developed under the mentorship of both business and academic experts. These projects go beyond theoretical case studies, addressing real-world challenges presented by partner organizations collaborating with SWPS University, ensuring hands-on experience and professional growth.

The program offers two specialized study paths tailored to diverse career goals: Start-Ups and Project Management, equipping students with the tools to launch entrepreneurial ventures or lead complex projects in various organizational settings.
